Thank you for that. You can't ever reach infinity by just making alot of finite numbers but there are ways of building up numbers in an interesting way. Imagine 10 times 100 is a thousand, 10 to the power of 100 is a Googol, 10 tetrated to a 10 is a Giggol and 10 decated to 10 is a Tridecal. The first few operations being Addition, Multiplication, Exponentiation and Tetration then going on to Pentation, Hexation, Heptation up to Decation being the tenth level of notation, there may be one or two further named levels like Undecation. It is theoretically possible to construct notations like Hectation ( the hundreth level of notation ), Kilation ( the thousanth level of notation ), Megation ( the millionth level of notation ), Gigation ( the billionth level of notation ), Terration ( the trillionth level of notation ), Exation ( the quintillionth level of notation ) or Yattation ( the septillionth level of notation ). This could be continued with operation like [Vund]ation ( the decillionth level of notation ), [Tred]ation ( the undecillionth level of notation ), [Rint]ation ( the quadecillionth level of notation ) and [Pept]ation ( the sexdecillionth level of notation ). Finally a few more prefixes of notation could be made. Thirtation ( The thirtillionth ( thirtillion is 10^3x10^3x10^90+3 ) level of notation ), Seventation ( the seventillionth ( seventillion is 10^3x10^3x10^210+3 ) level of notation ), Nintation ( the ninetillionth ( ninetillion is 10^3x10^3x10^270+3 ) level of notation ) and stuff like Trotation ( the trotillionth ( trotillion is 10^(3x10^(3x10^900) +3) ) level of notation ), Potation ( the potillionth level of notation ), Zotation ( the zotillionth level of notation ), Thousation ( the thousillionth level of notation ) Talation, Zalation, Nalation, Awkilation, Lunilation, Jovilation, Betilation, Gaxilation, Versilation, Gigalation, Triggolation and other things there are far more possible levels of imagining numbers even though this is still not infinite it is interesting. Think about this.

Most elcome! A Slinky....is a child's toy that looks like a very big, long spring - the type that you might find in the works of a watch. It was developed in the 1950's and remains available for sale today, because of it's popularity! You can Google it and I'm sure find a pic of it!
