i like that ya can p much choose who link is what with all the freedoM but tbh i can only see him as being sorta confused at first then becoming this weird feral dude whose mute and sorta confuses everyone he meets because of how strange but capable he is?
he then later goes on to become even more capable and he becomes this wierd urban legend amongst everyone who hears the rumors about the dude whos runnin round half naked and single handedly killing and plundering swarms of bokoblins and other monsters. everyones reaction when they actually see him then is a mix of mild fear, awe, and admiration.
reardless of if he gets into story shit and figures out why hes there he remains this feral force of nature that cannot be stopped or made to wear clothes lmao
he also probably just eats shit raw and stinks and even though hell kick your ass no one thinks hes a hero because fuck hes weird having that stinky weirdo save the kingdom would be embarassing.
hes certainly not stupid hes just damn weird and prefers living in trees because he cant communicate with people unless its one of those mysterious people who talk to him and seem to know somethin he dont.
