Here we have a picture of the feline member of the, "101 Dalmatians" franchise, Sergeant Tibbs. X3One of the leading members of the, Bark Brigade, Tibbs is possibly forth in command. (In higher rank to lower, it's, The Colonel, Captain, Lt. Pug & Him)
He is usually side man with, Colonel possibly being the closest to him, he is usually the, recon member of the Brigade and is however, loyal towards it.
So, Here we have, Tibbs in his Series form. X3

Tibby is so cute,but why did his teeth look more like Gaston's.
