Based upon a Card I once brought from a Garden Center. =3

Here, It seems that Roger has taken Wizzer for a walk through Gruteley, and, knowing Wizzer, seems that Roger has had to use a paper bag to pick up some of Wizzer's...Yeah...
Meanwhile, Angie is on a walk, with her personal Dog Walker, and it seems she has alot of Shopping with her.
So, Here we have Wizzer & Angie as their Paths cross, and I believe Wizzer is mistaking the reason on why Angie has those bags. o.o
And is quite surprised on how much a Small Canine such as Angie can make so much for those bags. X3

It may take a bit to figure out the joke, but hopefully the description will explain it all. X3
