Description
Here is the second in my 'Cantilever Box' Range. This was intended to look as if the box segment was almost levitating by itself - which is much harder to achieve than you'd imagine! With a bit of engineering , you achieved the right positioning of materials for the center of gravity, thats what I see .
Is all the lower surfaces are equal in width or the ground surface is a bit larger ?

This is so cool! What a lovely sense of movement and balance! Plus, I love the way a great big slab of clear-finished curly maple looks.

the combination of this clean and geometric shaped box with the organic "rootstructure" looks really cool. my favorite of all your works.
