Hmm my input would be on the colors. They look very nice and certainly dirty which is probably what you were going for? But the light on the Foot Ninja's doesn't match the rest of the background, despite being in the forefront if it is dark all around or if there is a little bit of light. The foot or the background should represent that.

I know you want "heavy criticism," but I think this looks fantastic!

The only thing that really confuses me is trying to figure out exactly what all those foot soldiers and Shredder[?] are looking at. The left hand of the middle guy seems like he's waiving at a low flying helicopter or something.
