I don't know if you chose already, but I vote for the bottom one. Both are gorgeous, but I like how the dark banner is unique and especially how dramatic it is. It reminds me of the start of the last Harry Potter films (sorry, nerd over here xD) and how they have the title comes up through clouds and dark skies and you know it's gonna be good. I don't know how to explain it, I just think the second one is perfect for a reopening.

Honestly, I prefer the first one. It's such a beautiful blend of purple and blue colors in the text. The second one is a bit too dark for my tastes. The edges are completely black which I think ruins the effect created in the center. I like both, but I just gotta go with the first one

I like both but I'd pick the first one. The second one, in my opinion, does not look as symmetric (sorry I'm too perfectionist about symmetry lol) as the first one for the different stuff you added at the right of the font. Also, the font you used for "buttons by abi" in the second one does not really suit the whole banner appearance so well. Not sure if anyone mentioned this but hope it helps. The first one is my favorite (:

I really like the second one! Both are pretty, but the second one looks dynamic and awesome. I love the stripes and color combinations. (:
I think some parts of the letters on the top one are a bit too faded, and a lot of people are doing that style. D: I do like the colors/font, though! But second one for me. ^^

Second because, like Kiwi said, it's really unique. You don't see that coloring and style combination very often and there's something really mysterious and forest-y about it. But the first is really nice and simple, so if you're going for a more minimal, modern look, go with that.
