When I hit the button to see this in large view, the technique and control evident in this piece just absolutely blew me away. It deserves notice and mention, bacon, that you use pure technique in this image in an absolutely precise, and ultimately successful way. The bed clothes are outstandingly rendered. Throughout the piece, you employ some absolutely fabulous cross hatch technique.
Tremendous control, and tremendous creativity. Oh, how I would have LOVED to have had you in one of my art departments.

I very much like the perspective and composition. Too often, we viewers pass by great B&W work in favor of the more brightly colored images ("magpie gene", I guess. lol). Thanks for sharing!
