This is so sweet.
In Italy we go visit our dead loved ones, but Halloween is an imported holiday. Personally I don't feel it very much. But I think that Atom would visit Tobio's grave, and his mother's too. Hoshie, mother of Tobio and Tenma's wife is there too.
Maybe, out of sight, doctor Tenma is bringing his candle too.
