not to be negative, but saying you don't give anyone permission to 'use for commercial' actually ensures riot never do use it as basis for a champion skin. It would be violation of your copyright, ergo they're not allowed

I never played LOL, but this character design is interesting for one reason.
I gues you know Poison from Final Fight who was later reintroduced in Street Fighter x Tekken? This illustration reminds me of what would be if Poison cosplayed another Final Fight character, a corrupt policeman named Edi. E., one of the game's bosses.
