Tchibi, Not CHibi
Program Used: Adobe Photoshop

1.
Set brush tool to 41 percent (any transparency under 50 is fine^^)
Draw a circle, doesn't have to be perfect, just a base.
2.
Draw a curved line through the center from top to bottom.
Draw another curved line across, a bit away from the center. (I messed up on the bottom line, It is supposed to be lower^^)
Draw a stretch U shaped line with a dent in it, that is the cheek indent and chin.
3.
Create a point somewhere on top of the head
Up Down Up Down... For the Hair^^
Eyes and mouth are very simple 0v0
4.
Sketch a stocky body, with pointed arms (can be hands)
5.
Legs are: 2 tilted ovals, with 2 smaller ovals beneath, connect with lines.
6.
Line art^^
(COLOR IS NOT NECESSARY, Tchibis weren't really made for colors...)
7.
Flat colors...
8.
Shade( hair shine can be dots or traditional lines)
9.
Little shine on pands... and Done!
