thanks a lot Liz! the lighting was definitely a challenge to figure out, I'm happy it mostly worked out in the end though

I find lighting to be pretty challenging, though I enjoy doing it for the most part.
The only thing I don't like is that I sometimes forget to add a highlight or shadow somewhere in the piece.

haha yeah i've done that too, especially when ur trying to guess were the light hits everytime >.< at least it gets a lot more fun as one practices it

Indeed! Plus as you get better you can do awesome things with lights. Especially when creating new environments or special circumstances.
