Really good and I don't think his blood needs to be changed because he could be from earth c where feferi's blood caste would probably be more open.

your oc is very lovely and not Mary sue-ish. I suggest changing the blood color and symbol. maybe tone it down with bubbles possibly? but ay that's not my call, only my opinion. the only thing off looking with the drawing is the anatomy in the full body picture. he looks very off and hunch back. try fixing the torso, making it less long and fix the legs, making them a little bit longer!

i love your OC and the idea is great but:
1. feferi's blood caste is limited to only females (no exceptions) i recommend that you change his blood color to Plum,violet,amethyst or lilac as too keep his high blood status
2. the sign isn't a star symbol as trolls and cherubs are ALWAYS represented as a certain star symbol
but in all i think its a great OC but you need to change the symbol and blood color as to fit the canon and the rules of troll society but yeah nice OC 83
