Description
A hex map of the Armageddon world from Games Workshop's WH40k universe. The world was the focus of a massive campaign in the 1990s to promote the 3rd edition of the WH40k game and involved a massive space ork invasion of a human held industrial world. GW also released a small wargame at the time, but it only concentrated on a tiny part of the planet and disapointedly ignored all the other areas that were fought over. I did this hex map version by adapting the world painting in the back of the 3rd ed Armageddon codex. I am hoping to sometime make a load of unit counters based on the unit list on the same page so that I can play a wargame for the entire planet. Drawn using Hexographer.
