Sorry if this sounds dumb but since Royal Guards are Royals only, if you use a shapeshifter fruit to unlock the Bavom form, can you draw the Griffian as a Royal Guard even if they are not royal or does that subtype is only for royal Griffians?

(not a mod) if you use a shapeshifter item, it should let you make your bavom any type, even royal
