Her newest is ok, prefer the older outfits.
Ruby does get good outfits. I will say i did like their Extra costumes the RWBY girls had when they went on that hunt to gather information on regarding the White Fang from Volume 2.

As far as I remember, she was forced to cut part oef her hait during the fight and then fixed the haircut.

Blake was tired of her hair getting in the way when she was fighting, so she cut it. None of her hair got cut in the fight with Adam in Volume 6, it was her jacket that was cut off in the fight with Adam
