really ? did you already see Skyward Sword ? if it were not for Link, Zelda was supposed to get kidnapped by Ghirahim at Lanayru Desert (actually she got kidnapped) and if it were not for him she was supposed to never have her soul back when Demise eated it ! you must admit, Zelda ALWAYS need Link to save her ! (being that some times Link needs Zelda to give him an advice)
