as requested, here's a.. rather hodge-podge tutorial on how i did the glowy markings in my manip afterglow

it's... hopefully somewhat useful? as stated in the tut, the process is quite dependent on the colours of your background and subject, and it requires quite a bit of fiddling around to see what works in your specific case. but maybe this can serve as a sort of base-guide!
