Description
A portrait of one of my newest family members.. he's difficult to take pictures of because he tends to cling to me, but I thought this one really shows how soft he is. I could pet him all day if she'd let me.Sugar gliders are small possums native to Indonesia and Australia, and growing popular as pets in the US and UK... but please don't buy one on a whim, they have special needs. I highly reccomend checking out [link] to learn more if you're curious about getting one, or even if you already have one... there is a lot of misinformation and bad breeders/glider mills out there.

I almost got one of these but ended up with so much conflicting information from breeders, web sites and books that I shyed away from it. I think they are one of the most precious creatures on earth! Lovely shot as well.

Awwww. This one and Morning Smile are just adorable.
But what are they? They don't look like ferrets, unless I'm going crazy and forgetting what ferrets look like.

Thank you And yes.. they don't stay still for long- or when they do, they're hiding or in some otherwise awkward-to-take-a-picture-of place, like on my back or on my head... very uncooperative models for me
