Oh, DEEP Dark Tower lore. It’s sort of the Gilead Fairy Tale version of “The Mist” they little Roland would have been told as a boy.
Basically, some ancient wizard or scientists (who can remember) were meddling with the dimensions, maybe to make some sort of teleportation device, who knows? The “Prim Water” (Mist) leaked out and an “OLD ONE Burped”. When it receded, several Lords of Chaos were left behind. Only one had been named, “The Crimson Queen”, but I was speculating that Mr Jeepers May be another.
