It's a Poky stick, my guess is that they're playing a game of Poky and Pinkie is a lot more brave than Rainbow Dash originally though (Either that or Pinkie just really likes Poky...)

I have no idea what that is but basically two of you start at each end of a poky stick and eat down it until either someone bites down on their end and snaps off what they have or they keep on going till they're literally kissing and trying to get the very last bits. It's a game quite often played with couples. Some of is most probably wrong, or I might've left something out but that's the basics of it.
