My first pokemon game I ever played was pokemon ruby and I never really did like the sprite they made for the game so I revamped it in DP format and in my opinion it looks REALLY good and It might be one of my best pieces of sprite art yet so please comment!Related content

nope it would be his hat, it was confirmed in the emerald artwork and also in the manga where he rips the hat off and was like shabam! i gots hair!!!...yea
