By then end of the 42nd millenia, the Sisters of the Iron Chalice could no longer hide their fall from the Emperors light. Led by radical inquisitors, they had begun attempts at breeding a 'new' Emperor from those humans supposedly carrying his genetics. While the Inquisitor Madrigar and his Xanthite ways did not survive strikes by the Ordo Malleus, it is felt that his heresy grew to bloom in the figure of Cannoness Serriphier. Without warning, the whole unit went rogue somewhere along the eastern fringe and is felt to have been responsible for the disappearance of several humans, all of which can trace their descendents to most holy Terra before the Horus Heresy. If she is accurate in her divination, the result of what Serriphier is doing could be shattering to the stability of the whole Imperium
