Pronounced, 'fee-bee'
Gender: Female
Specie: Unknown, but she could be an alien or smth
Nationality: American
Sexuality: Bi-Sexual
Age: Teen (Might be 14)
Traits: Emotional, Friendly, Playful, Hyper, Observant
Short Bio: No one knows why she looks how she does, or where she came from, or what she even is, but Phoebe is less alarming once you get to know her. She's very sweet, and loves making new friends and socializing. She can be playful and even a little hyper sometimes, but she knows how to have fun. Phoebe is very observant and can read peoples' emotions. She can also be emotional herself however, and can change moods easily some of the time. But overall, she likes to keep happy and approachable. ^^

Quick Facts:
~Phoebe can actually shift her facial features. (Make herself have 4 eyes, 2 mouths, etc.) But she rarely does this, only when she's feeling emotional or is showing off to a friend. :3
~Phoebe's head can float away from her body; But it can't drift off to far or she'll lose her body.
