**Giggles!**This was one of the most fun single character quickies I have done since I started this insane quest to do all of this!

It's a joke from "Young Guns 2" where Billy the kid points his gun at a guy and says that. "Yoohoo! I'll make you famous." That means by killing the person, he or she becomes known better.
