ahhhhhhhhh ahhhhhhhhhhhhh dying. omo. I actually like a photo of myself. So rare, but I really like this one!! The rest of the set is amazing, and I'm so excited looking at them!!! XD

I guess I'll talk a bit about my wig, since it's a focus here xD Rydia is very lime green in Amano artwork, and then in FFIV DS she is more emerald. But in the After Years, she has a gorgeous alternate dark green outfit. Agh, I loved the colors too much to pass it up. Lighter greens just look weird on me, and the After Years outfit would look horrid on me, so I designed my own Rydia and took her in the direction of my own liking XD
Anyway wig! So I decided on a bright emerald. The base wig is a curly emerald wig, then I added another wig to it. Then I added two packs of dark green (green + black mix) extensions. Instead of curling them and adding them to the wig, which I did not like, I braided them and wefted them into the wig. I wanted to make my own version of Rydia! XD But I'd still like the wig to be bigger XDDDDDDDDD It's very light actually, despite its size. XD
The hair piece is made of 8 ish large peacock feathers, a few large red feathers, smaller peacock feathers, smaller red/orange/green feathers, beads, red flowers and ribbons. I think that was the most expensive part OTL XDDD I had a ton of gift cards to craft stores and spent about $100 on feathers, beads, flowers, etc, for this costume and my stash of things XD
