started this last night...... worked on it off and on throughout the day. used a few different references for face and hands and hair....the rest just went crazy. I love digital painting. So free of mess

This picture is full of everything Star Wars should be...mystery! Excitement! Adventure! (Although a Jedi craves not these things...) Seriously, it's a wonderful picture; you captured the actor's (disgustingly handsome) looks and the background epic feel. Very well done!

wow very nice picture! i actually have the luke skywalker RotJ lightsaber from thinkgeek.com. it is AWESOME! it looks and sounds just like the real thing and the light and sound system in it are incredible. it has a polycarbonate blade, metal hilt (not sure what kind of metal

Amazing job! One suggestion though, if you decide to do another is to put a glove on his right hand- the one that got cut off. Otherwise, it's great!

the head looks a little disconnected from the body, like there should be a bit more to the jacket or his neck on the left side.

holy god damn that's gorgeous. the only crit i would make is that the head and hands are a bit too big for the body. otherwise, it's really really awesome. i love his hands.

Wow! I thought you were gone forever. This is amazing. When I saw it I said "ooooo." The only thing is that he kinda looks like his head is too big. I think its because his shoulders aren't wide enough. At least to my eye. It might also be just because of the dark background and his dark clothes. Still really awesome. The detail! It blows me away.
