I'm rather tired from today. Did lots of running and laughing and hyperventilating from the anxiety of meeting a whole bunch of people older than me by a lot of years :3

I'm not a very good verbal talker and it makes me nervous when I try to talk to new people because I fear that when I try to talk I'll fumble my words a lot and so the worry and stress of that turns into hypertension and anxiety and I start to hypervent until I get over it :>
