Figured it was way past due that I give Chi a solid reference of his diety form.Also thinking of doing some fact sheets and stuff on the Takekitsune species in the near future, since I haven't done that yet.

Lowering the opacity of one of the layers over multiple animation frames, that's all. It's pretty much the easiest thing you can do with animation software
