i love the sweater yes, and the tie and shirt, and the hair... and whats wrong with the face? It looks good to me, far better than i could do! Really good likeness.

the shading and stuff on the face i couldnt get to look natural-like, soi just did minimal stuff on it.

i think it's enough, for me anyway, being entirely unskilled in such matters. i can clearly see who it is, so in that respect it's very accomplished, the shading is always what i have a problem with.. but i think this is really good.
