Beautiful work here. Her helmet reminds me of an Escavalier from the pokemon series, and the detail in the work seems very realistic, more like it's a photograph than a painting.

Nah, it's meant to be sexy and nice to look at, but a lot of people don't like that. Every piece of art that portrays a woman in armor has to be on par with Joan of Arc or it becomes an imminent issue.

Exactly, is just meant to be sexy and thats the issue I think. Pin-ups are alright and all but I wish more would take up the challenge of creating real badass, fashionable, sexy, female warriors, or actually wanted too you know?
I always get the gory thought of an arrow or tip of spear popping a butt cheek or breast like a bloody balloon when I see art like this lol

If you're learning, invest in a good medical anatomy book, especially one with the names of all the muscles and stuff. Makes things easier to remember.
