I saw a dna in string the papers last night and I thought it would be fairly easy to make something with some spheres in maya. And so I did and this is the resault. Rendered with vray in maya and made some final tweaking in photoshop.More stuff made by me ? : [link]

It is indeed a nice spiral and the DNA-double spiral is so iconic that you recognize it no matter what but as a chemist I have problems accepting this as a DNA-render. On the positive side, you are not alone!

Yeah accually I had no idea if my references for this one was a correct visualization or not. And I have no idea what the numbers and letters in the background stands for
