12 Days Of Christmas Gifts - #1 for Gamma-Wings
They mentioned that they liked budgies...not that I didn't already know that, mind you. >_>
So I thought I'd draw one of my budgies! Me and my family have kept them for as long as I can remember, and this is our current youngest, George.
He's about 6 years old c:

I do feel bad when thinking about them now...they just had their cage (regularly cleaned, with a bath, toys and food) and nothing else...and...idk...I just feel bad thinking about birdies not being able to fly properly. ;_;
I can't remember much about them, though, I was just too young back then...

OMG OMG OMFG! I have a budgierigar irl. he has exactly the same markings, cheek and green splodge on his neck! the only difference is that his cere is blue!

I'm pretty sure that's what he is...mostly bright yellow all over with a bright green blob on his bottom.
Pretty looking boy, but I can never get good photos of him, he must explore everything all the time and not sit still :c

George looks very cute, he looks so bright and yellow. The anatomy is great and he looks very cute. I like the feathers. It's interesting actually... that our budgies are around the same age. Budgies are wonderful birds and it's great having them as pets. Of course it's nice to know our feelings are mutual for these awesome birds. Also, tell George that he's welcome to join the Budgie Empire at any time.
