Mysterious masquerade: Part 2: A note

Characters: Radalion , Drapur

Showdown

The masquerade ball was a nice event, and Radalion and Drapur was happy that they was allowed to join. The Loomer and the Brooder was friends since a long time and decided to go together. They entered the party and wondered. Anything took place around a redish crstyal that stand right in the middle of the big room on a pedestal. It was enlighted. "I like the environment." Radalion said, and Drapur nooded. Heavy carpets hung at the walls and gave the event a special note. They met old friends and some new faces, talked to a lot of Keke and other species. Then, the light got dimmed. Someone rushed around and gave everyone a little note. As the light concentrated onto the crystal, it began to shine and sended out a nice low light. The Keke wondered and read what whas written on the little note. Noone said a word for a few moments, and a ghostly silence spread in the big room. Little rhumors started to break out here and then, and also Drapur hissed between clenched teeth. His sharp tusks glanced in the low light as he fixed Radalion with small eyes. Radalion felt a feeling like burning flames rising up in his mind. It was a long repressed fury. Its enrgy concentrated onto Drapur for some reason and so did them. What happen to the two seemed to happen to everyone in the room and the now enemies began to circle each other. Radalions sharp tail swished into Drapurs direction, who evaded with an evil grin.

"Did you thaught that would tickle me...?", it asked, and fixed Radalion. The red Loomer stretched out it eight sharp claws that was made of black chitin.
But Drapur dos'nt flinched at all. It keep an eye out and hissed. The mood became dangerous around the two enemys and the air around them seemed to freeze while the two heated up.

"So there we are.. after all this time. Playing the nice one. This is the moment where we will rise. Everything will change, and noone has to play their dump role anymore." Radalion nooded. "You got the point." It smiled.
