Figuring out how to make Kyo barehanded was initially an issue until I remembered Shingo only wore wrist wraps prior to receiving Kyo's gloves. The similarities between Shingo and Kyo's sprites will make this much easier, but I've never done something require this much effort before.

It didn't take me too long to figure out what Kyo SP's leather jacket looked like behind his arms; I used his other sprites as references via pausing KoF '99 Evo. It was tedious but it came out very well. With this layer of Kyo's sprite animation finished, I'll be able to make the shoulders on NESTS Kyo's white jacket more rounded.

On a side note, I expect myself to make a few compromises throughout the process. That's probably what happened with the person who worked on Syo Kirishima's Standing Animation back in 2007-2008. It's not as simple to take a single sprite frame and bring it to life.
