The finished "An Orc in Ashenvale" Piece. It turned out very nicely, I think. The hardest part was the Night Elf, even though I hadent done much in the way of backgrounds before. She just wouldnt come out. I finially ironed her out, and then there was the shading process. I dont know how I did the orc so easily. But, hopefully this will make the Blizzard.com fanart page.Related content

Great job with the background. Backgrounds are tough and extremely time consuming to do, and it's very easy to get lazy on them and just kinda half-ass them (I've done it many times). Looks like you really put a lot of effort into doing the forest. The elf woman looks a bit strange. There is something about her head and upper body above the breasts that makes her look very masculine as a whole. I can't quite put my finger on it, though...

Good job on the composition and shading here. Acouple of things. Tree bark does not honeycomb except on th illusive honeycomb tree found in Massachusets.
