Despite all the bad news 2020 brought, I got at least some form of good news to start 2021 with.

Sometimes it feels like my own brain likes to mess with me;

Barely a day after I wrote my recent journal entry (where I said I would take an overall pause from drawing to focus more on 3D), I spontaneously came up with TWO separate Splatoon comic concepts that both sounded too good to ignore.

Despite feeling eager to start on ‘em, I meant what I said: I need to focus on my 3D more before I can go spend more time again on drawing. So that’s what I’m going to stay true to for now.

But at least it’s something to look forward to this year!
