I always thought that Cuttlefish reminded me of Master Roshi ever since watching the Octo Expansion trailer where it showed a quick image of Agent 8's belly, hips, and thighs with Cuttlefish right behind her and then another quick image of him posing in the middle of the train. It almost made me think that he was like "Ooh, I got a quick look at Agent 8's juicy butt, I am so lucky!"
