I have requested *Cvy to get me a set of clothes for Kiefer during her holiday in Japan. He does look good in it! XD. I loved the jeans though.. but my compact camera could not take the full shot of him. As it will be blurry. T_TThe fur wig is trimmed by me. Cause his face could not take messy long fur wig. ._.

You can save up and get them. I save up to get them too. But my doll is not totally from Japan.
The head is from a Korean sculptor, only the body is from a Japanese well-known doll company.
I will suggest that you do a research on it. They are known as Asian BJD. And another much more common term is that took after the Japanese brand, Volks whom produce them is called Super Dollfies.
In states, there is a super dollfie (Volks) shop at California. If you go to the shop, they are able to do customisation doll for you with their available heads and body parts. 
Else, you can always look out for Korean companies dolls and buy direct from their site. Depends on the size, they varied from sizes.
