This velociraptor is from the obscure Japanese-only game, Dinosaur Hunting, sporting a fully feathered coat similar in coloration to Scarlet Macaws. In-game, the raptors are lanky, small but fierce so I gave it a more semi-accurate look.

Dinosaur Hunting, released in Japan in 2003, the game was ahead of its time having speculative yet somewhat accurate dinosaurs and prehistoric beasts. The game is similar to the monster hunter series, you track and actively hunt your targets, but you play as a hunter during 1910 in a remote part of South America tranquilizing dinosaurs to bring them back for the entertainment of the public masses. The publisher, Metro3D, shut down while working on the English translation in 2004. I wish this game gets more recognition.
