Description Continuing with the facial-features theme... noses. Noses are tricky. I know a there's a lot of shortcuts and simplifications out there to draw noses, but I always end up falling back on the anatomy. When you know the shapes of the bits of cartilage, it's easier to play with shapes and sizes and still get fairly accurate noses in fairly difficult positions.

I hope this gives people a different perspective on noses. They really are quite fascinating.

This will help me out a lot, thanks. My issue with noses is that whenever I try to draw them realistically, it looks odd. There's a cool way to draw noses that you and a lot of my favorite artists have, but I haven't figure it out yet. Even if I did the same thing they did.

Noses are very tricky and really rather complicated. It took me a long time to get a handle on them myself. I hope this helps you out!
