Beautiful, I love how you did the bubbles they're really popping out of the picture! This piece seems to have a moving effect, no matter where I look the bubbles always catch my eyes. Probaply you could have added more shadows on the hair and face, but otherwise this looks just great. 
Myself I'm not very good at using watercolours, but just looking at this painting I can see you're a talented one! ^^
