I did this really breifly just to let evernyone know how I make my anime eyes. I am an extremely lazy person, so this is a fast and lazy way to make them.You can use this technique in Painter 9 or photoshop.
I hope you find it helpful.

Cool! I've been looking for a quick and easy way to paint in anime eyes in Paint.net, and even though this is for different programs, a little extra work and it turns out great!
