Description
Here is how I did it. I hope you find it useful. If something is unclear, just ask.I used Paint tool SAI and a wacom tablet.
1. First Rough Sketch
2. Cleaned up Sketch
3. Blocking out colours and started rendering the face a bit (Oops! forgot to take a screen-shot in time.) in a layer under the sketch. Sketch layer is set to an opacity of about 50%.
4. Dropped down sketch layer on the colour layer and did some detailing
5. Final detailing and adding some textures and stuff.

NP! I'm not so impressed by my own sketch, but I only use it here to see where things should go later on in the painting phase. If the sketch was meant to be the final product, I would've spent much more time cleaning it up.
