Wilmington downtown, with the library and one of the city's older skyscrapers. The library was actually inspired by Egyptian architecture. And the skyscraper until recently had a 1960's infill addition that filled in the courtyard between the two wings. That part of the building was torn down after a fire.

Other than that Rodney square serves more or less as a glorified bus terminal, and hangout for the homeless and mentally unstable of the city. Last year a man was stabbed to death here defending a women and her kid from a crazed guy with a knife.
