The way the lighting is more focused than the original (probably because of the mediums and such) it almost looks like a painting by Esao Andrews! Looks like his style, so great job here!

Mere words cannot begin to describe the way I felt when I saw this. Nor can they convey my thoughts on it.
I hope this little star will suffice. : fav:

No, this was just a piece done for fun at our house, so no one walked on it. But the rain did wash it away.

Oh, that's good to know!!! Haha... mother nature isn't the same as human feet, so I'm kind of glad people didn't walk on it

It's true, it feel better if it is washed away naturally, instead of by people that know it's there.

It did. It rained while we were working on it so we hair sprayed it (works as a temporary fixative) and put a tarp over it. But then it rained (and when I say rained, I mean hurricane like downpour, shortly after we finished it and just let it go.

That's alright. We have been chalking on sidewalks for almost 8 years now. I really like the temporary nature of it. I think there is something to be said about it being able to be washed away and being able to do it again at that place the following year.
