Blue : beautiful and calming on the eyes ... horrible if it chews through your mind ... dedicated to all those who have suffered ... figures now female 1 in 4, male 1 in 6, diagnosed (how many go through it silently).
If anyone needs a friendly hand, some words or some advice from someone who has been there and come out the other side, my arms, ears and heart are open.
