Description
The Forerunner, Halo's backbone. Their entice society is covered in mystery. the only things we do know is that they had faced an unstoppable force that used all their strengths against them, even things built to combat this terror specifically and won, and that they all were killed by the weapon that achieved them victory. And they did this all for us
Halo: Legends continues to prove me wrong. Months before its release, I defended it against the onslaught of children who saw it as "SO0pid jap Pok'e'emon krap." Then when it finally came out, I got OβBrien, the biggest bitch in the history of Halo. I will not rant forever because "Duel" was O.K. , but "That one" after that was horrid.
Finally, from the same people that brought me to question this from the beginning, redeemed themselves in my eyes with "Origins 1." I still do not exactly know why I love it. I like to think that whatever the Forerunner touch turns into gold. Whatever it is, it worked, and I am so happy to see it.
Please leave a comment on how you felt about this, and how I can improve my drawing skills.

......am I the only one who liked all of Halo legends?I mean O'Brien was "the biggest bitch in the history of Halo" because he was an ODST,who was the backup sniper to a spartan, whom the ODST(all of em)had an intense rivalry with. And furthermore, dear god I sound like a fanboy....I still don't have any complaints about legends, ecept that the animation style in the duel, caused my eyes to burn.

No your right. I liked most of legends. I posted this a while back(should update it).I understand why O'Brian is the way he is, i just not a fan of that. What i said was kinda extreme.

It's a good picture and all, and I know where you got it from but I don't really see it as Forerunner

Really? I have no problem with it. Maybe it is because the suit is not angular, like everything else the forerunner made. I think of it more as how the forerunner built everything to work with it's surroundings. Maybe the suit is built to work with their bodies.

I suppose I just liked how before the forerunner were all mysterious. Now they jsut don't seem as impressive. Also in Halo 1 (Library) the monitor says that the master chief armour was only type two or soemthing while the forerunner's were 12 when they battled the flood so the armour would have to be pretty strong

Well, I guess that it did take a little fun out of the mystery. The only problem I had was that Cheif's suit is a two, while around ten seconds, the flood killed an entire squad of Forerunner.

Nice sketch! I haven't seen any of those anime Halo cartoons (specifically because it reminds me of Pokemon or something equally as horrendous!!) so this version of the Forerunners is a Japanese anime artist's rendition. It does look real cool though.

You do not need to worry about anything being sub-par with the visuals in the episodes. 343 would be the wrench in the gears.
Thanks for liking my sketch though. I think its just the forerunners job to make things look cool

Yeah, they like to build amazing architecture and very cool-looking flying killbots

Thank you. I was also planning on doing some of the other armors, and possibly write something too.
