at my school there is a shelter that stretches all over the blocks.

True that, but Wales is a bitch when it comes to rain. It was unexpectingly warm up in the spring, but it just turned down in the shitter when I want to go to places on special occasions such as Cardiff or Cwmbran, but no, the rain had to be in the way of fucking everything.

That's what my friend told me when she came back from studying in UK, in rains there all the time.
That'll suit me very well though. I'm sick of the horrible hot, damp weather in this tropical country I live in. Some nice cold, rainy weather would be lovely. The only I won't like are floods.
