Probably hook herself up to have it drained, just make sure someone doesn't accidentally switch the controls to pump in rather than out.

She can.
As a luxury model of anthroids known as the RR-A series, Ahrara was fabricated with a functioning reproductive system (which adds a lot to her cost and is a well-kept trade secret). Some of her supported functions include being a mother, surrogate, and/or wet nurse, and these functions can be turned on or off. Some rich bachelors commission RR-As as wives, since they can be programmed to be very affectionate and loyal, and for busy rich couples, having a maid who can carry, deliver, and raise children is very desirable.
Ahrara has had some modifications over the years (notably improvements over her strength and processing speed, along with replacements for mangled or irreparably damaged parts), but she's still biologically viable.
